This visit is for us to see if we're a good fit and to gain clarity on what your individual needs are. I'm here to listen to you, explain what I do, and offer you the ability to do something completely different that can change your life.
During the Body Balancing sessions, we'll work to find stuck energy and old patterns that no longer serve you in the life you wish to create. We'll remove trapped emotions and thought forms (your habits) from your subconscious mind that are not in alignment with your conscious mind, which is where your current goals, hopes, wishes, and dreams live. This misalignment of the subconscious mind and your conscious mind creates a battle of your habits not enhancing and supporting your dreams and goals. This eventually ends in you struggling to keep the new habit you are trying to install in your life, and keeps you from more easily becoming the new you. In most cases the old habit finally wins out and the new habit falls away. This struggle can leave you feeling confused, guilty, angry, sad, and a variety of other emotions.
You can feel stuck in your life and always feel like you are in search of the one thing that will help you move forward, sustain, and finally achieve your goals.Unless you can find the subconscious programs, which are not in alignment with the new conscious mindset, then you find yourself in a perpetual loop that feels like you don't end up very far from where you originally started. Once released, you can effortlessly sustain the new programs going forward. In this visit a variety of techniques are used to rebalance the mind, body, and spirit where we harmonize the subconscious habits with your conscious dreams.
In these sessions we will meet for Nutritional Counseling and lifestyle coaching. Supplements
and foods are used to help rebalance the body and lifestyle habits will help to create a new you.
Everyone is different in the life they wish to create, and I am a strong believer in a one size fits all approach. These sessions are to help us customize a plan that is in support of your lifestyle and enhances the building and sustaining of your body. You will be given supporting materials that help you understand how your body works, and tools to help you understand your current eating habits and see which ones are serving you in how you want to feel and the health you wish to create, and which ones are not serving you in that creation.

This is a 10 minute appointment for established patients.
