New Patient Evaluation

What to Expect

  • Prior to your appointment all questionnaires will be emailed to you in a secure email. All forms must be filled out and returned at least 24 hours prior to your visit for the doctors review. 

  • During your evaluation we will explore aspects of your medical history which include:

    • Diet

    • Sleep

    • Food/ Environmental Allergies

    • Toxic Exposures

    • Physical/Emotional Traumas

    • Review Current diagnosed conditions

  • An Examination of 190 systems in the body will be performed to evaluate the number of imbalances in your body

  • Treatment will begin on this visit to start prioritizing your customized treatment plan

  • Supplements maybe recommended on this visit

  • At your next visit the doctor will go over his recommendations for your care and a treatment protocol will be presented.

The Chiropractic Visit

What to Expect

  • This visit is designed for patients seeking help with neuromuscular conditions like headaches, neck pain, low back pain, sciatica, shoulder or knee pain to name a few.

  • Want to improve or refine their health habits

  • Have questions about what supplementation/herbs they need to be taking

  • This visit is designed for established patients once they have completed the Chiropractic new patient process and both the doctor and the patient agree this is the right form of care for their situation.

The Comprehensive Visit

What to Expect

  • This type of visit is designed for individuals who have one or more chronic issue and require longer visits to comprehensively address the root causes of their issues.

  • This visit is for established patients that have completed the Comprehensive New Patient process.

  • A whole body synergistic approach is taken to restore the balance and function of the body.

Nutritional Therapy Visits

The fundamental goal of Nutritional Therapy is to encourage people to become knowledgeable
about—and responsible for—their own health. An NTP helps individuals reach their optimal level
of overall health by supporting and bringing balance to the five foundations listed below. All five
